This look was made from recycled fishing nets accessorized with metallic details including repurposed fish hooks. This look is meant to represents the abundance of fishing nets that wash up on ocean shores, trap marine life, and pollute beaches and aquatic communities. The fishing industry is a major contributer to ocean pollution and habitat loss among marine life. This is an elevated look showing these materials can be used and repurposed in better ways.
